TEKYVA is an online software service. We do not ship any physical goods. Everything you buy from TEKYVA Business Solutions is delivered online to your TEKYVA account and by email, to customers anywhere in India.

1. Plans and add-ons
Delivered instantly: as soon as your payment is confirmed, the plan or add-on is active in your workspace and your invoice is available in Finance → Plan & billing. If the plan isn’t active within 1 hour of a successful payment, write to admin@tekyva.in with your payment ID.
2. Marketplace page templates
Delivered instantly into your landing page template gallery after payment (or straight away for free templates). You’ll find the order, and the invoice for paid orders, in Marketplace → My orders.
3. Done-for-you services
- Each service listing shows its delivery time in working days, counted from payment and receipt of the information the seller needs from you.
- You and the seller talk through the order’s messages; you’re notified as the order is started and delivered.
- Work is delivered inside your TEKYVA workspace (for example a page or campaign set up for you) and/or as files or links in the order.

4. Training and onboarding
Training videos are available in the app under Help & training as soon as your workspace is created. Live onboarding or support sessions are held online at a time agreed with you.
5. Purchases from businesses that use our software
Courses, webinars and other items sold by businesses on their own TEKYVA pages are delivered by those businesses (for example an online course link sent by email right after payment). Contact the business for any delivery question.
